Experienced and tested in leadership, technology, hospitality, service, support, data, and innovation, Jes has measured success with creating, leading, and motivating service and technical teams. She has wide and varied expertise in strategic management, operations management, project management, infrastructure development, property development, real estate, technology systems, and integration. Jes’s approach is a holistic understanding of all service, operations, and technology disciplines, allowing for an intelligent design and problem-solving methodology. She believes in agile design to accommodate quick, iterative growth, change, cost management, and innovation. Jessica leads teams through energetic collaboration and positivity.

Currently, Jes has joined Manor Blue to create a high level of internal and customer service with thoughtful business integration in property management operations with plans to execute a modern hospitality model.

In recent years, Jes has worked with Sentierre Resorts to create a significant new luxury brand focused on service, products, residences, and resorts. In 2014 and 2015 Jes successfully worked to stabilize departments for the transfer of ownership of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from Deutsche Bank to Blackstone LLC. Prior to working with Deutsche Bank and Blackstone, Jes led corporate projects and international implementations for BigMachines, Walgreens, Insight, McDonalds, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group.

Corey leads and directs the Hospitality Management efforts for Manor Blue. Corey’s passion is building a culture of empowerment and self-leadership with exceptional team members to serve our valuable guests with extraordinary service at each property. Engaging with local community and developing superior returns for financial partners are his focus.

Corey has 20 years of experience in Hospitality Management Consulting and Asset Management. Prior to Manor Blue, he was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Hospitality at the Aspen Club. In 1999, Corey joined Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants and held management positions across various disciplines and divisions. During his career he has overseen all areas of Hotel and Restaurant Operations including Finance and Guest Services, Back of House, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management

Corey began his career in hospitality management while attending school at the University of Utah where he majored in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism management. Corey achieved the designation of Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2013. He achieved a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2007. He completed a certificate program in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University in 2015. Over his career, Corey has served on the Board of Directors as Vice-Chair for the Aspen Chamber Resort Association as well as Chair of the Aspen Lodging Association. Corey also served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association.
